Terms of Use
By placing an order through this website, you agree to the following terms:
1. Services Provided
We offer real estate photography and related add-on services as described on our website. All services are subject to availability and may be modified at any time without prior notice.
2. Payment
Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept major credit/debit cards and other forms of electronic payment.
3. Scheduling and Cancellations
Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
4. Property Preparation
The client is responsible for ensuring the property is photo-ready at the time of the shoot.
5. Image Rights
All images remain the intellectual property of ALERUT Photogrpahy]. Clients are granted a limited license to use the images for marketing the specific property photographed. Images may not be resold or reused for other listings without prior written consent.
6. Turnaround Time
Standard turnaround time is 24 to 48 business hours unless otherwise noted. Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice.
9. Agreement
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
